Job Overview As an Assembly Financial Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping our manufacturing operations make smart, data-driven decisions. Partnering closely with the Senior Finance Manager for the Wood Value Stream, you'll support the financial health of our Warroad, MN, and Grafton, ND, (Ultimate Windows) plants by providing insights that drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. In this role, you'll dig into the numbers behind the operation-analyzing labor, material, and overhead spending, identifying trends, and helping leaders understand what's driving results. You'll contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while ensuring company policies are followed for capital purchases, materials, and other expenditures. You'll also have a direct impact on cost-saving initiatives, with a strong focus on scrap reduction, operational efficiency, and uncovering opportunities to improve profitability.
