What You'll Do:



  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, program management, and leadership to define data requirements and develop reporting and analytics solutions that inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze extensive and intricate datasets to uncover trends, identify anomalies, pinpoint gaps, assess risks, and discover opportunities for operational enhancement.
  • Conduct thorough data quality assessments, validation, and verification to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity across diverse data sources and systems.
  • Design, implement, automate, and maintain scalable data collection, transformation, and validation processes, significantly reducing manual effort and boosting reliability.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and self-service analytics solutions that provide clear visibility into operational performance, system health, program status, and business outcomes.
  • Establish robust data validation frameworks, monitoring processes, and quality controls to proactively detect and resolve data issues.
  • Partner with technical teams to refine data models, improve metadata management, optimize reporting structures, and strengthen overall data governance practices.
  • Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations, effectively communicating with both technical and executive audiences.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, standardization, and the implementation of scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Support root cause analysis and investigative efforts by utilizing data to identify the underlying causes of performance issues and operational risks.
  • Document processes, methodologies, reporting requirements, and data quality standards to ensure consistency and scalability.


What You'll Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience designing and implementing data quality validation, verification, and monitoring processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and investigative skills.
  • Experience in business intelligence, reporting, data quality management, or related analytical disciplines.
  • Proficiency in developing dashboards and visualizations using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Experience automating manual processes using scripting, workflow automation, or data integration technologies.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and operational visibility.


Qualifications That Will Set You Apart:



  • Experience with operational, engineering, IoT, industrial controls, or critical infrastructure data.
  • Experience implementing automated data validation and exception management processes.
  • Experience developing executive-level dashboards and KPI scorecards.
  • Familiarity with Data Center operations and power distribution systems.
  • Ability to analyze telemetry data to spot irregularities and contribute to problem-solving.
