Equipment and Supply Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for providing support for all aspects of inventory management processes including purchasing, purchase order placement, product tracking & delivery, stocking, and inventory control.

This includes coordination and interfacing with facilities, supply chain, CSR, vendors and staff to insure supplies, equipment are available and department work areas are in compliance. Responsible for ordering, organizing, maintaining the equipment and supplies for the UVMHN Healthnet Transportation system, and UVMMC Emergency Department and Rapid Response team

EDUCATION:

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

Previous customer service experience and material handling experience recommended. Knowledge of Mediclick, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Experience with methods used in controlling inventory levels and service levels to end-users is preferred.
