Overview
The Senior Engineering Manager serves as a client-facing engineering leader responsible for the successful delivery of multidisciplinary projects for within ENERCON's matrixed organization. This role works with the division director to provide technical leadership, project oversight, and client engagement, while coordinating closely with a centralized Design Organization that provides engineering resources, staff management, and professional development. Senior Engineering Managers ensure safe, high-quality project execution, help drive the division's business growth, and maintain strong client relationships while leading project-based teams composed of matrixed engineering personnel.
