Sonepar Management Group (SMG) supports our Sonepar brands (i.e. operating companies) in the US through a shared services model. These services include, but are not limited to: human resources, finance, digital enterprise, supply chain, vendor relations, marketing, legal, and communications. The SMG teams enable our brands to do business in their local regions while taking advantage of the scale and collective resources of a global enterprise. The LeadProject Manager (EMPOWER) is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional technology transformation initiatives with a primary focus on ERP implementations, system upgrades, integrations, and business process modernization. This highly visible role partners closely with business leaders, IT teams, operating companies, and external vendors to plan, execute, and deliver strategic initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, support digital transformation, and align with Sonepar's long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate is an experienced project management professional with a proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise projects, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to lead teams through organizational change. This individual will serve as a key contributor to the success of the EMPOWER program while advancing project management best practices across the organization. Location: Broomfield, Colorado on a Hybrid Schedule with up to 50% Travel Key Responsibilities EMPOWER Project Leadership Lead the successful execution of ERP and enterprise transformation initiatives from project initiation through deployment and stabilization. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management Partner with business leaders, functional stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to define project requirements and establish project priorities. Project Planning, Execution & Controls Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, issue logs, and governance documentation. Business Process Improvement & Change Enablement Partner with business and technology teams to assess current-state processes and design future-state operating models. Continuous Improvement & PMO Excellence Contribute to the ongoing development and maturity of Sonepar's Digital Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO). Required Qualifications Experience Minimum of 7 years of progressive project management experience leading complex IT, ERP, digital transformation, or enterprise-wide initiatives. Education Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, Technology, or a related field required. Preferred Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
