Required Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

• Terminal degree.
• Significant experience as a leader of a major complex organization, including a distinguished record of leadership and intellectual achievement, and excellence in fiscal responsibility, along with a thorough understanding of the functioning of, and challenges facing urban public universities.
• Commensurate experience that demonstrates the ability to work effectively with faculty, staff, students, alumni, and other constituencies important to the University, region, state, nation, and world.
