The University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth (UNT Health) invites nominations and applications for the position of Chair of the Department of Microbiology, Immunology, and Genetics. Required Qualifications Applicants must possess: PhD, MD, DO or equivalent terminal degree in microbiology, immunology, genetics, or a closely related biomedical discipline. Eligibility for appointment at the rank of Professor with tenure in CBTS. Demonstrated record of sustained extramural research funding. Evidence of effective leadership, administration, and mentorship in an academic or research-intensive environment. Strong commitment to education and trainee development.
