DIRECTOR OF ATHLETICS Texas A&M International University Lead the Next Era of Dustdevil Athletics. Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) invites nominations and applications for the position of Director of Athletics. As TAMIU approaches the 25-year milestone of Dustdevil Athletics, the University seeks an energetic, relationship-driven, and visionary leader to build upon a strong foundation and guide the program into its next chapter of competitive excellence. This is an opportunity to shape the future of a growing NCAA Division II athletics program while helping strengthen institutional pride, student success, and community engagement throughout one of the nation's most dynamic border regions. Reporting directly to the President, the Director of Athletics serves as the University's chief athletics administrator and provides strategic leadership for every aspect of the athletics enterprise. The successful candidate will oversee 13 NCAA Division II intercollegiate sports while fostering competitive success, ensuring compliance, supporting student-athlete achievement, strengthening external partnerships, and advancing the University's visibility throughout South Texas and beyond.
