About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of creative advertising for live content, working with a team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of entertainment marketing. You will be instrumental in bringing groundbreaking entertainment to global audiences, playing a key part in the conceptualization and development of compelling audio/visual assets. This is an opportunity to significantly influence how millions discover and connect with exciting live events, contributing to high-impact marketing campaigns that resonate worldwide.

What You'll Do



  • Provide essential support to the Creative A/V team for live content campaigns, managing various tasks and scheduling needs.
  • Assist in the oversight and coordination of external agency partners to ensure the development of impactful audio/visual output.
  • Develop and help manage agency timelines, ensuring alignment with schedules and budgets.
  • Cultivate and strengthen collaborative partnerships with current and new vendors.
  • Facilitate seamless coordination between creative, production management, and finishing teams to guarantee smooth project execution from start to finish.


Required Qualifications



  • Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in creative campaign development, with a strong preference for entertainment and live sports marketing. This includes a proven track record in ideating, executing, and delivering audio/visual derivative cutdown assets and bespoke spots for digital and social media.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task a high volume of creative projects while maintaining close collaboration with internal teams.
  • Quality Control: Proven capability to assist in delivering innovative creative solutions and upholding the highest quality standards for audio/visual campaign creative.
  • Media Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of TV, Digital, Social, and Print advertising formats and methodologies.
  • Collaboration: A clear demonstration of a team-oriented approach, thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
