Are you an organizational maestro with a passion for enabling high-performing leaders? We're seeking a dynamic and highly skilled administrative professional to provide pivotal support to senior leadership. In this essential role, you'll be at the heart of executive operations, ensuring seamless daily functions and contributing directly to the strategic flow of a fast-paced, innovative environment. Your expertise will empower leaders to focus on critical initiatives, making a tangible impact on the company's success and its future-defining projects.

Responsibilities



  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for up to two senior leaders, including meticulous calendar management, meeting coordination, expense reimbursement, and travel scheduling.
  • Act as a central point of contact for operational needs within the workspace, managing hardware and supplies, collaborating with facilities teams to maintain functional environments, and assisting with space management, including seating assignments and audits.
  • Strategically plan and flawlessly execute team offsites and various events.
  • Cultivate robust working relationships with leaders and their respective teams.
  • Engage and collaborate effectively with globally distributed administrative and functional teams.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative assistant experience, specifically supporting leaders at the Director-level and above.
  • Demonstrated experience working within large, complex organizations.
  • Exceptional discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proven ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, with the flexibility to adapt priorities quickly.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience within the technology industry.
  • Proficiency in enterprise-level scheduling and productivity tools.


Compensation Details

The target hiring compensation range for this role is W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.

Background screening required.
