Quest Site Supervisor, 30-40 hours per week

Primary Objective of Positions:
To plan, implement, and supervise theme-based summer day camp program for middle school children. To ensure a safe and fun atmosphere for all participants.

Assignment:
30 - 40 hours/week, July 17, 2026 - August 19, 2026

Wage:
$24/hr.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Help plan enriching curriculum and program goals for 10 one-week camp programs
2. Plan and carry out age-appropriate activities consistent with class goals
3. Manage classroom, outdoor activities, and field trips; supervise and provide guidance for participants.
4. Provide a safe, caring, fun environment for children.
5. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
6. Responsible for camp cell phone and purchase card.

Job Qualifications:

1. B.A. or B.S. degree in education, child development, recreation, or a related field; teaching license preferred.
2. Evidence of successful experience working with middle school aged students
3. Evidence of successful program leadership
4. Evidence of positive interpersonal skills; ability to relate well to children and adults
5. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
6. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
7. Proven record of punctuality and responsibility.
