*Customer Service Representative* *Location:* Herndon, VA Fully Onsite
*Pay:* $20.00-$21.00/hour *Work Environment* * High-volume call center environment * Approximately 40 inbound calls per day * Fast-paced, metrics-driven setting * Member-focused financial services support *Schedule:* Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM *Compensation and Benefits* *Pay Rate:* $20.00-$21.00/hour *Duration:* 6-month Contract-to-Hire *If eligible, benefits may include:* * Medical, Dental, Vision * Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital coverage * 401(k) Retirement Plan (Pre tax and Roth post tax contributions available) * Voluntary Life & AD&D (employee + dependents) * Short term and long term disability * Health Spending Account (HSA) * Transportation benefits * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Time Off / Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) *About the Role* * Handle inbound customer service calls from members * Process payments, transfers, and account-related transactions * Assist members with online and mobile banking services * Deliver exceptional service while meeting performance metrics * Opportunity for long-term employment based on performance *Key Responsibilities* * Handle member customer service inquiries by phone * Accurately process payments and transfers * Assist with account maintenance and additional account services * Support members with online and mobile banking questions * Meet call quality, handle time, and after-call work standards * Build trust and confidence through professional service * Follow all compliance, security, and fraud prevention procedures *Required Skills & Experience* * Minimum 1 year of call center experience * Strong customer service experience * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Experience working with performance metrics *Top Skills - Must Haves:* * Call center experience * Customer service experience * Ability to handle high call volumes * Professional communication skills * Comfortable working onsite *Nice to Have Skills:* * Banking experience * Credit union experience * Financial services experience * Spanish bilingual proficiency * Salesforce experience *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Herndon, VA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
