Project Manager - New Orleans, LA

SOC is seeking a Part-Time, The Project Manager will serve as the primary management lead for onsite contract execution supporting BSEE technical data, records, and document-management operations. This individual will oversee project performance, staffing coverage, deliverables, customer coordination, monthly reporting, and quality of service delivery across assigned workstreams.

The Project Manager will coordinate directly with Government stakeholders, ensure contract requirements are met, support transition and onboarding activities, track performance against established metrics, and maintain clear communication between technical staff, administrative/data personnel, QA staff, and Government representatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of strictly Oil & Gas experience in areas such as drilling operations, digital well log data, directional surveys, well completion reports, pipelines, or platform structures
• Active PMP certification
• Experience managing technical or data-management projects in an Oil & Gas environment
• Experience overseeing onsite teams, deliverables, schedules, and customer reporting
• Ability to support Federal onboarding, background investigation, and PIV credentialing requirements
• Must be available to work onsite in New Orleans, LA

Employment Pre-requisites
