Position Summary:
The University of Wisconsin - Platteville invites applicants for an Executive Assistant. The primary focus of this role is to provide professional-level administrative and operational support, at the direction of the Executive Operations Manager, to senior leadership within the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, including the Vice Chancellor, Assistant Chancellor, and Chief of Staff. The role will be privy to confidential information and will be relied on to utilize discretion and operate with minimal supervision. Job duties will cover a concentration of travel, technical and procurement related items. This is a benefit-eligible position with a yearly salary of $55,000. Key Job Responsibilities:* Serve as a first point of contact for individuals and groups, provides basic organizational information via phone, in person and through other communication mediums, and routes more complex inquiries to the appropriate entities What You'll Need to Succeed:
