Job description
ontract-to-hire opportunity for a Client Operations Analyst supporting client services work in wealth/asset management operations. Hybrid schedule: 4 days per week onsite in Pittsburgh, PA (downtown).
Location/work schedule
- Pittsburgh, PA (onsite 4 days/week; hybrid)
- Standard 40 hours/week
What you'll do
- Support day-to-day client operations activities tied to wealth advisors and fund administrators
- Produce, validate, and distribute client holding reports and related documentation
- Respond to routine to moderately complex service requests and inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal partners to gather required data, confirm details, and keep requests moving through the process
- Track open items and manage multiple priorities at once while maintaining high accuracy
- Follow defined operational procedures and controls; escalate risks/issues when needed
- Maintain clear updates and documentation so stakeholders understand status, next steps, and timelines
- Operate in a deadline-driven environment where on-time delivery is critical
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong fit for either of these profiles:
- Recent graduate who is polished/professional and comfortable in a client-facing operations environment, or
- 1-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or investment/asset management operations
- Strong time management skills (ability to juggle multiple items without missing deadlines)
- High attention to detail and consistency when working with reports, numbers, and reconciliations
- Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable partnering with multiple teams/stakeholders
- Ability to follow process while also using judgment to troubleshoot issues
Nice to have
- Experience with holdings reporting, fund admin interactions, or investment operations support
- Prior experience in a high-volume, SLA/deadline-driven operations team
- Comfort working in structured workflows (handoffs, approvals, checklists)
