Overview LMI is seeking a Senior Product Designer to support a digital transformation program focused on AI-enabled workflow modernization, automation, dashboards, digital tool adoption, and continuous improvement. This discovery-first, outcomes-oriented role will lead human-centered design across complex workflows, translating user needs, operational pain points, adoption insights, and usage metrics into intuitive digital solutions that are usable, measurable, and adopted by Government users. This position requires an active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship. This position allows for partial telework but requires the ability to work locally in the Tysons/DC metro area when needed.
