We're looking for a dynamic Instructional Designer to play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless adoption of new technologies. In this exciting position, you will be at the heart of critical system updates, directly influencing the efficiency and success of countless users by crafting intuitive and impactful e-learning content. Your expertise will directly contribute to the smooth operation and continued growth of the organization by empowering its workforce with clear, up-to-date knowledge.

**What you'll do:**

* Update existing eLearnings, including screenshots, videos, and related content, to align with new user interface designs.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of all training materials.

* Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning solutions that resonate with diverse audiences.

* Manage and organize various media assets to produce high-quality e-learning modules.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* At least 3 years of experience in an Instructional Designer role.

* Proficiency with industry-standard instructional design tools, including Captivate and Synthesia.

* Demonstrated ability to update and create compelling e-learning content, including capturing and editing screenshots and videos.

* Strong understanding of user interface design principles as they relate to developing effective learning content.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Prior experience with Articulate.
