Job Summary McKee Foods is seeking a Learning Experience and Design Specialist to join our Corporate Learning and Development team. This specialized role focuses on building, maintaining, and delivering high-impact content for our enterprise learning programs. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of mastery in instructional design and exceptional classroom facilitation. As a key representative of our corporate culture, this individual must exude the highest level of professionalism, poise, and discretion. You will be responsible for creating an environment of psychological safety that encourages open dialogue, while demonstrating the professional presence required to interface seamlessly with all levels of personnel, including executive leadership. Program Design & Content Maintenance
- Apply advanced instructional design methodologies to architect, build, and continuously refine learning curriculum
- Develop meticulously detailed learning assets across multiple modalities, including interactive workshops, digital e-learning modules, and structured blended learning environments
- Maintain a rigorous standard of quality and attention to detail across all instructional materials, ensuring alignment with McKee Foods' corporate governance, values, and strategic goals
Facilitation & Delivery
- Deliver sophisticated, engaging, and high-impact training sessions for both in-person and virtual audiences
- Establish and maintain a secure, respectful, and collaborative learning environment where learners feel equipped to discuss challenges, receive constructive feedback, and grow
- Act as a poised and credible representative of the HR and L&D functions, comfortable presenting to, collaborating with, and advising leaders at the executive level
Evaluation & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and business units to identify emerging capabilities and skill gaps
- Implement metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure training efficacy, utilizing feedback to execute continuous, data-driven program enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, or a closely related field*
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, characterized by a highly professional, articulate, and polished presentation style*
- Proven ability to interact confidently and effectively with all tiers of an organization, from front-line staff to executive management*
- Strong project management capabilities with a precise attention to structural and content detail
- Understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or Business Administration (MBA)
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in corporate instructional design and professional classroom facilitation
- Experience specifically designing and executing leadership development or management readiness programs within a corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency with content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline/360, Adobe Creative Suite) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience managing educational technologies, multimedia production, and video editing for corporate training
