Web Developer/Engineer, Senior

ONSITE-Mechanicsburg, PA

Connected Logistics is seeking to hire a Web Developer/Engineer - Senior to support a DLA client's full software development lifecycle; to provide in-depth knowledge of requirements development, system design, system performance, and software programming; and to design and manage the database and deployment of software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development of high-end client server-based applications, designing and developing web pages, and porting applications to a web interface. Interfaces with clients to determine requirements.

• Master of Science Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Five (5) years of experience in scripting, software development, web page design and development, hands-on software development/web-page development.
• Experience with FrontPage, DreamWeaver or related applications.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Strong customer relation skills
• Experience utilizing HTML, XML, PERL, and or Apache
• Position Sensitivity: Non-Critical Sensitive (Formerly IT-II or IT-2)
• Investigation Requirements: Must possess a favorable Tier 3 (T3) NACLC/ANACI at time of proposal submission.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience supporting the DLA Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) or the DLA Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS).
