Summary: Responsible for supporting procedural and sterile processing operations through the movement, distribution, storage, stocking, and replenishment of reusable medical devices, instrumentation, equipment, and supplies. Ensures resources are available where and when needed to support procedural readiness, operational efficiency, and patient care activities.

Essential Functions:
Coordinates the movement, distribution, retrieval, and storage of reusable medical devices, instrumentation, equipment, and supplies to support procedural and sterile processing operations.
Supports procedural readiness through case picking, room stocking, inventory replenishment, and equipment availability activities.
Maintains storage locations, inventory organization, and stock levels in accordance with departmental standards.
Collects, sorts, and returns unused supplies and equipment to appropriate inventory locations.
Develops familiarity with instrumentation, specialty supplies, procedural workflows, and service line requirements.
Assists with workload balancing and departmental support activities as operationally required.
Performs package integrity inspections and ensures proper handling, storage, and transport of sterile products.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Licenses and Credentials

Experience:
Customer service experience 1-2 years preferred and OR/Sterile processing experience 0-1 year preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Exceptional customer service and problem solving.

Ability to understand and use medical terminology.

Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of EPIC and SPM preferred.
