You are responsible for managing, coaching, and directing a team of sales and service professionals in one of four enterprise regions. You will work with your team to manage full renewal and new sales cycles in order achieve business, sales, and renewal goals working with clients primarily in the AmLaw 200 Law firm market. You will be a critical member of our Law Firm leadership team contributing and helping to shape our overall team strategy

What You Will Do:

  • Achieve revenue and retention goals associated with your region.
  • Create and execute growth and retention strategies for your region, ensuring a sales and service process rigor.
  • Drive collaboration within your team, ensuring they work together to achieve success by creating strong engagement/adoption strategies, minimizing downgrades, and maximizing "land and expand" upsell strategies.
  • Drive a client first mentality within the organization.
  • Hire, coach, develop and mentor a strong team, including spending time in the field with sales and service reps.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders with current and prospective clients as well as gaining insights into their business and related needs.
  • Provide weekly forecasting for sales and renewals as well as sales pipeline analysis.
  • Participate in special projects beyond region to benefit Law Firm/Law School team.
  • Job Requirements:

    • Proven experience with full customer lifecycle - strategic selling knowledge, sales methodology, process.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree with coursework in business, marketing, sales, related field, or equivalent experience.

    • Minimum 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the legal/tax information industry, electronic information industry, or with Bloomberg Industry Group.

    • Minimum 3 Years of Sales Management experience, preferably in the legal/tax information industry, electronic information industry, or with Bloomberg Industry Group.

Compensation Range:

$135,000.00-$175,000.00

Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
