CAREER & TRANSITION COUNSELOR / RECRUITER 

Position available for the 2026-2027 school year. Candidate must hold a Masters Degree and PA School Counselor Certificate. Preferred experience in career and technical education and/or workforce development, as well as knowledge and experience with School-to-Work initiatives. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills in order to make presentations to parents, students, school personnel, business/industry and to recruit future students for MCTI. Position funded through Carl D. Perkins and continuation of this position depends upon future funding. Salary commensurate with education and experience and
determined in accordance with the current teacher salary schedule. Current Federal and State clearances required. (MCTI is part of the PA Public School Retirement System.)
