Production Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assemble filters - put various types of media into pre-assembled filter frames; pour urethane and secure together by various measures, such as, bolts staples, etc.

* Clean off excess urethane from production filter frame prior to moving to the next stage (where applicable).

* Confirm frame is square based on the filter specifications provided.

* Measure and maintain correct pleat count (where applicable).

* Produce quality filters and meet Company specifications in a fast-paced environment.

• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Must be able to read a tape measure.

* Must be able to read and understand written work instructions.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

6 months' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS:

License or certificates in any of the above-mentioned trade skills are beneficial

* Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes and dust particles.

* Must be able to withstand both a hot and cold atmosphere depending on weather conditions.

* Move arms up and down and from side to side to clean/assemble filters.

* Walks to transfer frames to the next station.

• Must be able to travel throughout the facility to obtain information needed to perform job functions.

* Must be able to read a tape measure.
