The role ensures the smooth running of teams from a functional perspective, provide feedback to team members, and act as a liaison between Brokers and the operational leadership team. The Client Services Lead also plays a key role in helping to manage workloads and re-balancing resources in efforts to optimize organizational performance and to maintain exceptional levels of administrative service.
