This role bridges instructional design and technical writing, transforming complex technical information into user-focused training content and documentation that supports both learning and reference needs. The Learning Content Developer also leverages AI tools to enhance efficiency, consistency, and creativity in developing scripts, videos, and written materials. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is part teacher, part translator, and part technical communicator. They are equally comfortable designing a course, structuring a process guide, or producing an AI-assisted video walkthrough.
