Location: Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. - DSCC, Columbus, Ohio 43213

Min. Yrs. Experience: 3 years or more (some plumbing experience is a plus)

Min. Yrs. Education: Trade/Vocational School

License: Universal Refrigerant License

Pay: $31.27/hr. plus a $5.55/hr. fringe benefit

Hours: 6:00 am to 4:00 pm

Job Description

Duties: Any applicant must be able to install, troubleshoot, maintain, diagnose and repair various commercial HVAC systems including low temp and ultra-low temp freezers, environmental growth chambers, fume hoods, hydronic heating, steam humidifiers, and various other equipment common to central utility plants, office spaces, and laboratory settings. Chiller operational experience desired. Building Management Systems and DDC experience are a plus.

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge Required by the Position:

  • Ability to climb and work at heights, walking and standing for extended periods of time, lifting, bending, pushing, and moving objects up to 75 pounds.
  • Utilizing knowledge of refrigeration theory, pipefitting, and structural layout.
  • Familiar with DDC control systems.

  • Must be able to lift in excess of 75 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
