In the role of SH&E Recordkeeping Administrator, we'll count on you to:

  • Set up courses and enter records of completed courses in our Learning Management System (LMS) and mail certificates and cards of completion.

  • Enroll employees in external safety courses (OSHA, MSHA, FRA, etc.) and enter completion in LMS; mail certificates and cards of completion.

  • Print materials for live instructor training courses.

  • Generate routine and ad hoc SH&E reports, assist with dashboard development and performance metrics.

  • Maintain and administer corporate SH&E recordkeeping systems, databases and document repositories such as SharePoint and other systems.

  • Serve as the program administrator and process owner for the Highwire subcontractor prequalification system, managing subcontractor onboarding, qualification reviews, compliance verification, reporting, stakeholder support, and continuous improvement of the subcontractor risk management process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, Records Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in records administration, safety administration, training administration, or compliance support.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, etc.) is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and document management systems.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively including plan, coordinate, organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and data management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, and record retention requirements preferred, but not required.
  • Assist with other projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
