The Role The AMD Law Department is seeking a Director of Patent Litigation to support and manage the company's defensive patent litigation team. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Intellectual Property and focus on U.S. and international disputes, including district court litigation, ITC proceedings, and related actions. The Director will lead the patent litigation team and work closely with other internal teams and outside counsel to assess risk, develop litigation strategies, and manage ongoing matters in alignment with AMD's business objectives. This is a hands-on role requiring strong judgment, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple matters effectively. The Person
