THE ROLE: AMD is seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager, GSI Partnership Programs to design, launch, and scale strategic partner programs across AMD's Global Systems Integrator (GSI) ecosystem. This role will play a critical part in accelerating AMD's partner-led growth by building scalable program frameworks that drive revenue, strengthen ecosystem engagement, and enable joint go-to-market execution across GSIs. The successful candidate will help define how AMD engages with strategic partners by developing tiering models, funding programs, governance structures, enablement frameworks, and operational processes that create measurable business impact. This is a highly cross-functional role operating at the intersection of Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure AMD's partner programs are scalable, differentiated, and aligned to strategic growth priorities across AI, cloud, data center, and enterprise markets. The ideal candidate brings strong familiarity with modern cloud and alliance partner program models and can apply best practices from leading partner ecosystems to help AMD build and scale a world-class GSI partner framework.
