- You will operate and control process units safely and efficiently from the field and control room while meeting environmental, regulatory, and customer requirements
- Continuously monitor operations, anticipate issues, and take proactive action to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient production
- Make sound operational decisions based on safety, cost, efficiency, and customer needs within established guidelines
- Maintain equipment reliability to prevent unplanned shutdowns and ensure consistent product supply and quality
- Further, you will follow, apply, and help improve SOPs/SSOPs to ensure safe, consistent, and efficient operations
- Coordinate work activities including permits, equipment isolation, maintenance tasks, and turnaround support through safe completion and return to service
- Issue, monitor, and close out Safe Work Permits and Confined Space permits in compliance with LOTO and Management of Change requirements
- Uphold all safety, environmental, and security standards, including PPE use, hazard identification, emergency readiness, and strict adherence to policies
- And you will conduct safety inspections, participate in safety programs/meetings, and ensure contractor compliance with all site safety rules
- Communicate effectively by reporting incidents, deviations, and process conditions to supervision, management, and relevant stakeholders
- Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and documentation while ensuring compliance with training and PSM requirements
- Apply P&IDs, procedures, and problem-solving skills to support daily operations and continuous improvement
- And you will assist with routine maintenance, work orders, housekeeping, labeling, and waste management compliance
- Complete assigned daily tasks and support rotating shifts, on-call coverage, and physically demanding work environments
What makes you great
- You have a High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Associate's degree in Process Technology or minimum 2 years production operations experience required.
