Job Summary:
Seeking two senior Systems Analysts with extensive PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 experience to support a large statewide ERP environment. The role focuses on functional leadership for Purchasing, Contracts, and related Financials modules, including configuration, production support, integrations, testing, fiscal year-end coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates must have significant experience supporting large-scale Texas public sector ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as functional SME for PeopleSoft FSCM Purchasing and Contracts modules.
• Configure and support Purchasing, Requisitions, Contracts, Inventory, Receiving, and related procurement processes.
• Perform system configuration, enhancements, issue resolution, and production support.
• Coordinate functional testing, UAT, regression testing, and release management.
• Monitor and manage PeopleSoft batch jobs, schedules, failures, and performance.
• Create and review Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
• Support integrations with Accounts Payable, Inventory, Contracts, eProcurement, and legacy financial systems.
• Provide Tier 2 application support and coordinate with Managed Services Tier 3 teams.
• Gather business requirements and support system enhancements.
• Participate in disaster recovery testing, major incident management, and annual audits.
• Coordinate statewide fiscal year-end activities.
• Deliver user training, executive presentations, and documentation.
• Ensure solutions comply with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Follow ITIL service management practices and organizational policies.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years supporting PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Purchasing module.
• 10+ years of PeopleSoft system configuration experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of:
  • Application Designer
  • Integration Broker
  • SQL
  • SQR
  • BI Publisher
  • SAP BusinessObjects
• Experience supporting CAPPS Financials environments.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM), Fluid UI, Elasticsearch, and Change Assistant.
• Experience with Run My Jobs (RMJ) batch processing.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft security, NIST standards, and multi-tenant ERP environments.
• Experience supporting statewide ERP systems for 30+ agencies.
• Functional project management experience.
• Tier 2 Service Desk support experience.
• Disaster Recovery participation.
• Executive presentation and audit support experience.
• Experience with CAPPS, USAS, TINS, SPA, or similar statewide financial systems.
• Experience coordinating fiscal year-end processing.
• Experience supporting Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents.
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM practices.
• Experience preparing WCAG 2.1 compliant documentation.
