Location: Miamisburg, OH

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour | 1st Shift: 8 AM-6 PM | Monday-Friday

Join a team as a Customer Service Representative where you'll support customers, manage orders, resolve issues, and serve as a key connection between customers and internal teams. Customer Service Representative Requirements

  • Previous customer service, order management, inside sales, administrative support, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Experience with order entry, inventory management, shipment tracking, or customer account support preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to learn technical products, processes, and systems to provide accurate customer support.
  • Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP or order management systems preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong follow-up skills with a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
