Temporary HR Administrative Assistant (Document Scanning & HRIS Support)

Position Summary

Spencer Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team with digitizing employee records and uploading documents into our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This is a temporary assignment expected to last 3-6 months. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and understands the importance of maintaining strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Scan, organize, and upload employee documents into the HRIS.

* Ensure electronic files are accurately labeled and filed.

* Verify document quality and completeness before uploading.

* Maintain confidentiality of all employee records and HR information.

* Assist with organizing and maintaining physical personnel files as needed.

* Identify and report missing or incomplete documentation.

* Perform other administrative tasks to support the HR team.

Qualifications

* Previous administrative or office experience preferred.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

* Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

* Employment Type: Temporary

* Duration: Approximately 3-6 months

* Schedule: Full-time

* Work Environment: Tucson Headquarters (Office)
