Provides finance support to the Product Management Group (PMG) and the Behavioral Health Division by leading service line planning and analysis, partnering with cross-functional key stakeholders on new ventures and M&A, and provides finance support to the PMG on strategic priorities as well as identify and commercialize opportunities. Finance support includes the development of pro forma P&Ls and subsequent assessment through traditional valuation techniques as discounted cash flow analysis, return on investment, return on invested capital, and similar methodologies. This position will conduct monthly financial statement and operational reviews, attesting to the accuracy and integrity, for assigned Product P&Ls. Key success factors are ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional partners, strong communication skills and summarize complex concepts and data for executives.

Job Responsibilities

* Conducts monthly financial statement and operational reviews.
* Develops and executes product strategy with leadership team, creates pro forma P&Ls for emerging opportunities, and guides decision making in support of new product opportunities
* Develops guidelines, assists product team with annual budget preparations.
* Develops reporting mechanisms and dashboards related to financial performance of product team.
* Performs other duties as assigned/required.


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Required with a master's degree preferred

8-10 Years of related experience with ten plus years preferred

Five years plus progressive experience in financial capacity at a health care facility with an emphasis service line financial, planning, and analysis.

Experience directing Medical Records (HIM), Business Office, Materials Management and Accounting departments preferred.

Experience evaluating business development opportunities with use of valuation techniques.

Excellent computer skills on various systems.

Travel requirements 20%
