Job Description




As a Security Officer Patrol Unit in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic petrochemical location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

    Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a chemical and petrochemical location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to the appropriate personnel according to site guidelines.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, operational areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor access points and verify entry and/or exit activity in accordance with site procedures, including screening visitors, vehicles, and/or deliveries as directed.
  • Prepare clear, detailed reports of incidents, patrol activity, and/or maintenance or operational concerns, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
