We're looking for an experienced Regional Property Manager to lead a growing portfolio across our Southeast market, currently including Georgia, Florida, and Arkansas. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and successfully leading lease-ups and acquisitions. What You'll Do

  • Lead the operations, financial performance, and compliance of a growing affordable housing portfolio throughout the Southeast.

  • Partner with leadership to successfully execute property acquisitions, lease-ups, and market expansion initiatives.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop Property Managers while building strong, high-performing teams across multiple communities.

  • Drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations and company standards.

  • Review budgets, financial statements, business plans, and capital improvement needs to achieve ownership objectives.

  • Travel regularly throughout your portfolio to inspect communities, strengthen relationships, and provide hands-on operational support.

What You'll Bring

  • Five or more years of experience as a Regional Property Manager overseeing affordable housing communities.

  • Demonstrated success leading lease-ups, acquisitions, and portfolio growth, with experience building teams and establishing new markets.

  • Extensive knowledge of affordable housing programs, including Section 8 and other government-assisted housing programs, with a proven record of maintaining compliance.

  • Strong leadership, financial management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel frequently, including overnight travel as needed.

  • Competitive salary starting at $120,000-$130,000 annually
