Lead the operations, financial performance, and compliance of a growing affordable housing portfolio throughout the Southeast. Partner with leadership to successfully execute property acquisitions, lease-ups, and market expansion initiatives. Coach, mentor, and develop Property Managers while building strong, high-performing teams across multiple communities. Drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations and company standards. Review budgets, financial statements, business plans, and capital improvement needs to achieve ownership objectives. Travel regularly throughout your portfolio to inspect communities, strengthen relationships, and provide hands-on operational support.
What You'll Bring
Five or more years of experience as a Regional Property Manager overseeing affordable housing communities. Demonstrated success leading lease-ups, acquisitions, and portfolio growth, with experience building teams and establishing new markets. Extensive knowledge of affordable housing programs, including Section 8 and other government-assisted housing programs, with a proven record of maintaining compliance. Strong leadership, financial management, communication, and relationship-building skills. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel frequently, including overnight travel as needed.
