Administrative Analyst - Revenue Integrity - FT Days

Under the general supervision of the CDM Manager, the Administrative Analyst is responsible for in-depth analysis and file maintenance directly related to Pharmacy NDC regulatory billing requirements and assisting with the Pharmacy charge master maintenance. The incumbent independently plans, organizes, coordinates and implements the format and download of all relevant files including purchasing information. Coordinates with CDM Analyst for annual review and production requirements. The incumbent manages 100% of all system generated charge exceptions under Revenue Audit's purview. The incumbent manages a variety of assigned projects with effective follow through in conjunction with Pharmacy and other medical center departments, faculty and staff. The incumbent assists with analysis and assessment of Pharmacy rate deck for cost application, revenue, and charge capture accuracy and is responsible for producing high quality management reports directly related to the analysis of Pharmacy charge trends across multiple GLs. Other duties include, but are not limited to: conducting billing audits to ensure 100% charge capture for hospital charges; training and education of staff; expert consultation to Patient Financial Services staff regarding service codes; maintenance of multiple data bases; coordinates record retention pickups for multiple Revenue Audit sites and other administrative duties as assigned.
