Project Manager

We are seeking a structured and adaptable Marketing Project Manager to join our client's team for a 3-month temp-to-perm opportunity. In this role, you will spend approximately 50% to 70% of your time executing standard project management responsibilities, with the remainder of your time flexing to provide system, technical, and administrative support (such as system tracking and process workflows). Over time, the administrative portion of this role is expected to decrease.

• Project Management (50%-70%): Oversee marketing projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring processes are followed and deliverables are met on time.
• System & Admin Support: Dive into internal workflows and systems to provide hands-on technical and operational support as needed.
• Adaptability: Flex your time investment based on project heavy modes (e.g., up to 80% dedicated to critical system initiatives during peak periods).

• Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm (3-month initial contract to evaluate performance and cultural fit, with strong potential to convert to permanent/direct hire).
• Location: Fully Remote (Open to talent based in the US and Canada; must be willing to align with East Coast hours, though some West Coast flexibility exists).
