Our agency client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join their growing media team. This pivotal role involves leading the strategic planning and execution of comprehensive social media campaigns across key platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both paid and organic initiatives, overseeing media planning, budget allocation, campaign optimization, and detailed performance reporting. This position is integral to our client-facing operations, requiring an articulate professional who can effectively communicate strategies and results to clients, ensuring their objectives are met and exceeded. You will play a crucial role in shaping our clients' digital presence and driving measurable engagement and growth.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive paid and organic social media strategies across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn.

- Manage social media platforms, including campaign setup, execution, and daily monitoring.

- Conduct media planning and budget management for social media campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation and performance.

- Execute, optimize, and report on paid social campaigns to achieve client KPIs.

- Analyze social media data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

- Prepare and present detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients.

- Serve as a primary client-facing contact for social media initiatives, articulating strategies and results effectively.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and project management, to ensure integrated campaign delivery.

- Support influencer and ambassador management communications as needed.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in social media management, with a strong emphasis on both paid and organic strategies.

- Proven expertise in managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn platforms.

- Demonstrated experience in media planning, budget management, and campaign optimization.

- Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agency environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with influencer and ambassador management is a bonus.

- Must be eligible to work in the US or Canada without visa sponsorship.

- Willingness to work East Coast hours if based in other time zones.
