Macmillan Children's Publishing Group, a division of Macmillan Publishers, is seeking a Manager, Marketing Operations to join our team. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing a variety of operational tasks including, but not limited to, managing MCPG's seasonal schedule, promotional budget and expenses, and internal workflow processes. We are seeking an organized self-starter with experience in marketing operations. The Manager must have excellent communication skills, confidence interacting with colleagues at all levels, a demonstrated ability to develop and champion new workflows and navigate complex situations, and a strong attention to detail. A love of children's publishing is a plus but not required. This role will report to the Executive Director of Marketing and will work closely with cross-functional colleagues across the marketing, sales, design, and managing editorial departments. The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. This position is classified as remote but is tied to our New York, NY office located at 120 Broadway. Employment is subject to New York State tax withholding under applicable regulations.
