Job Overview As a Warehouse Colleague, you'll do more than move merchandise-you'll help create a seamless, customer-focused experience behind the scenes. Whether you're receiving, storing, picking, packing, sorting, or shipping, your attention to detail and commitment to safety will ensure every item is handled with care and purpose. We're looking for individuals who bring both precision and heart to their work. In this hands-on role, you'll help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly, while also fostering a positive, respectful atmosphere where teammates feel supported and valued. Every task you complete contributes to on-time delivery and excellent service, making a real impact on our customers and your colleagues. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week.
