Description
The Sourcing Project Manager II directs the activities related to the sourcing of assigned categories. Oversees and reviews the negotiations and content of key contracts in conjunction with company legal counsel. Develops, maintains, and improves policies and procedures for mitigating supplier risk and sourcing activities. Manages and maintains the quoting of all products to ensure the company is receiving fair market cost, quality, and capacity. Works efficiently with other functional departments to ensure communication, collaboration, direction of department objectives, engineering development, service, accounting, and quality activities, functions, and processes are met. Works within the companies' quality and regulatory procedures and processes. Primary Duties

Travel Requirements: Domestic travel required: 20% of time, International travel required: 5% of time The estimated salary range for this role based in Utah is between $85,300 - 106,700. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bioMerieux's bonus program. This range may differ from ranges offered for similar positions elsewhere in the country given differences in cost of living. Actual compensation within this range is determined based on the successful candidate's experience and will be presented in writing at the time of the offer.
