- Estimated annual base pay: $74,000.00 (minimum) - $96,000.00 (midpoint) - $118,000.00 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Acumen: In a flexible and cross trained teaming environment, take a leadership role in sitewide decision making. Coach the team to become leaders and own Safety, Quality, and Delivery metrics. Coach structured problem solving, including root cause analysis and PDCA cycles.
- Lean and Process Improvement: Facilitate applications of lean tools (5S, visual management, standardized work, Daily Management Systems) to improve processes and reduce waste.
- Kaizen Event Participation: Assist in planning and executing Kaizen events, supporting data collection, process mapping, and action plan development.
- Daily Management System: Drive and coach Daily Management practices (huddle boards, visual metrics, performance tracking).
- Safety Mindset: Serve as a safety champion, foster team accountability, and align safety initiatives with organizational goals.
Key Skills:
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues during assembly, test, and machining processes. Anticipate potential gaps and escalate as needed.
- Process Mapping and Improvement: Support process mapping to identify inefficiencies. Collect and analyze data to measure performance and drive improvement.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work cooperatively with teams across all levels. Build strong cross functional relationships and foster a collaborative culture.
- Communication: Communicate clearly (verbal and written). Engage employees in improvement efforts through active listening and asking questions. Convey advanced technical information effectively.
- Attention to Detail and Empathy: Document processes and track metrics precisely. Display strong interpersonal skills to connect with employees and create a supportive environment.
- Proficiency with Manufacturing Systems: Experience with enterprise manufacturing systems including ERP and PLM, automation technologies, and manufacturing execution systems.
- Feedback: Give and receive feedback from members of all levels.
- Cross Training: Assist members in cross training and demonstrate depth in multiple manufacturing and operational roles.
