Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Logistics and Customer Service Rep to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing freight quotes to sales representatives and coordinating shipment pickups. This role also will be responsible for order entry. This role requires strong computer skills, phone communication, and the ability to perform a variety of customer service tasks, including order tracking, data entry, and general office support. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential in this fast-paced role. While experience in logistics and customer service is preferred, it is not required. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
