Overview
Seasonal Gymnastics Operations Director starting September 1st, 2026 - April 31st, 2027. Hours are typically Monday-Friday, 9:00am start time. Frequent weekend or holiday travel during the year/competition season.

Responsibilities
  • Provides office administration/management and professional administrative support to the coaching staff
  • Approval authority for payment of invoices, interdepartmental transfers, payroll, and other similar department purchases
  • Works with travel coordinator to book all coaching, recruiting, judging, and team travel.
  • Arranges team meals and logistics.
  • Acts as a liaison between the business, equipment, and other university entities.
  • Performs various duties as assigned by the Women's Gymnastics Head Coach and based team needs.
