Torch Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Logistics Managerproviding support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/ISR SOF (AFLCMC/HB) at San Antonio, TX. The Air Force Program Execution Office for Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance and Special Operations (PEO ISR SOF)has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility to manage and execute the modernization, development, testing, production, fielding, and sustainment of the ISR SOF portfolio, which includes over 200 programs for the United States Air Force (USAF) and foreign allies. AFLCMC/PEO ISR SOF is headquartered at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH with geographically separated operating units CONUS and OCONUS. This position supports the FMS Division (AWACS (E3))supporting the Japan (JASDF), as part of the International Airborne Battle Management Command and Control (FMS) Division; AFLMC(WIW). The WIW Division located at Tinker AFB (OK), and Hanscom AFB (MA), with dispersed support at Eglin AFB, Seattle WA, San Antonio TX and several OCONUS positions.

As a Senior Logistics Manager your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

• U.S. Citizenship

• Comprehensive knowledge of systems acquisition principles, policies, and practices as defined in DoWI 5000.02 and DoWI 5000.75.

• Experience supporting acquisition logistics, sustainment planning, product support, and lifecycle management activities.

• Knowledge of DoW acquisition lifecycle processes, milestone reviews, and sustainment planning requirements.

• Experience developing acquisition documentation, logistics studies, business case analyses, and program management briefings.

• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Must have and maintain an active Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional discipline from an accredited educational program and 12 years of directly related experience, 5 of which must be in the DoW OR

• 15 years of directly related experience, 8 of which must be in DoW

• Experience supporting Air Force acquisition organizations and weapon system sustainment programs.

• Experience supporting AWACS, Wedgetail, airborne command and control, ISR, or special operations programs.

• Experience with depot maintenance planning, DMSMS management, product support strategies, and supply chain analytics.

• Life Cycle Sustainment Planning (LCSP)

• Ability to collaborate effectively with program offices, logistics organizations, and external stakeholders.
