Job Description

The Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager (ABM) is responsible for contributing to the strategy and leading execution and performance of Hyland's account-based marketing programs to drive engagement pipeline growth and revenue across priority markets. This role serves as a senior subject matter expert and coordinates work across marketing teams responsible for designing and executing account-centric programs that support enterprise and strategic account growth.

This position contributes to the development and evolution of Hyland's ABM Center of Excellence partnering with Sales SDR Product Marketing Digital Marketing Revenue Operations and Field Marketing to align marketing efforts to revenue priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

    Contribute to the development and lead execution of Hyland's ABM strategy including one-to-one one-to-few and one-to-many programs aligned to revenue priorities

  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Leadership to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) target account strategies and account prioritization models.

  • Contribute to the development and evolution of the ABM Center of Excellence including best practices governance and measurement frameworks

  • Utilize AI-enabled marketing tools and data-driven insights to improve audience targeting personalization campaign performance and pipeline generation.

  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Leadership to define and support target account strategies prioritization and engagement planning

  • Design and execute integrated multi-channel marketing programs to drive account engagement pipeline creation and revenue growth

  • Leverage data intent insights and performance metrics to optimize programs and influence buying committees across strategic accounts

  • Contribute to planning and monitor the ABM program budget

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on shared business goals and drive execution

  • Provide functional guidance and mentorship to marketing professionals supporting ABM programs

  • Partner with leadership on talent development and capability building within the marketing organization

  • Mentor and support development of marketing professionals to enhance functional expertise

  • Serve as a senior subject matter expert influencing ABM practices and approach across the organization

  • Provide guidance to resolve program-related issues and remove barriers to execution

  • Support strategic planning and provide oversight of ABM program execution across scope timeline cost and quality

  • Evaluate and improve processes tools and workflows to increase program effectiveness and efficiency

  • Support development of Account Command Centers that provide actionable account intelligence and insights

  • Collaborate across Product Marketing Field Marketing SDR and Operations to align marketing investments to revenue priorities

  • Support adoption and optimization of marketing technologies including Salesforce 6sense Marketo Salesloft Qualified and ZoomInfo

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field or equivalent experience

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing including ABM demand generation or field marketing

  • Demonstrated experience executing ABM programs that drive pipeline and revenue impact

  • Experience partnering with Sales leadership to support account and territory strategies

  • Strong understanding of ABM frameworks including account selection personalization and performance measurement

  • Experience executing integrated campaigns events and executive engagement programs

  • Familiarity with CRM marketing automation and ABM platforms

  • Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and operate effectively in a cross-functional environment
