Customer Service Representative 4HC

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, and communications.

• Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships with internal and external customers.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken in Sales Force/ARO Manager.
• Read emails and purchase orders received to determine type of sale.
• Apply POs to the T&E OPA BOT for PO application.
• Provide Confirmation # of PO application.
• Release POs from GHX Portal.
• Send frequent emails to customers for PO collections.
• Process surgery cases for replenishments & billing.
• Sort incoming emails from main team box to appropriate CSR (as needed).
