CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Client Project Manager to join our Asset Management Team at a client site in West Point, PA. As a senior leader, you will direct the delivery of key client programs, provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to project staff, and help drive operational excellence across asset management initiatives. Working closely with client stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives, developing talent, and delivering solutions that improve asset performance and support long-term organizational success.



What You'll Do:

    Organize, direct, and coordinate activities related to asset management initiatives, including reliability assessments, preventative and predictive maintenance planning, regulatory compliance support, and operational efficiency improvements-from initial evaluation through implementation
  • Collaborate with asset management team leadership to manage and motivate a high-performing group of technical professionals, ensuring excellence in project delivery and achieving team utilization goals
  • Effectively manage project budgets, scope, and schedules to deliver successful outcomes for critical environmental initiatives
  • Engage with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded throughout each phase


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, science, planning, engineering management or a related field required; or equivalent combination of experience and licensure
  • Minimum of 11 years of industry experience required; minimum of 8 years of project management experience required
  • Proven success managing major clients and complex, highvalue project portfolios
  • Strong business development acumen with experience expanding client relationships and account growth
  • Experience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and closeout documentation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required; familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek Vision preferred
  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and client relationship management skills with a collaborative, team-focused mindset
  • Advanced problem-solving and negotiation capabilities
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to guide and motivate team activity, drive work to completion, and resolve issues with urgency
  • Ability to demonstrate technical proficiency and manage relationships across the company
  • Clear, adaptable communicator with strong executive presence
  • Ability to travel as needed; consulting experience highly preferred
  • PMP preferred

Salary Range:

$150,000 - $165,000

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
