Do you enjoy building strong client relationships while leading high-performing teams toward shared goals? CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Client Project Manager to join our Asset Management Team at a client site in West Point, PA. As a senior leader, you will direct the delivery of key client programs, provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to project staff, and help drive operational excellence across asset management initiatives. Working closely with client stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives, developing talent, and delivering solutions that improve asset performance and support long-term organizational success. What You'll Do:
Organize, direct, and coordinate activities related to asset management initiatives, including reliability assessments, preventative and predictive maintenance planning, regulatory compliance support, and operational efficiency improvements-from initial evaluation through implementation

Salary Range: $150,000 - $165,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
