As a Project Administration Intern, you'll support a major enterprise initiative-while building a strong foundation in how projects are coordinated and executed across a large, multi-divisional organization. Department Information Technologies (IT) Employment Type Internship Location San Antonio Address 5665 SE Loop 410, San Antonio, Texas, 78222 Open in Google Maps Workplace type Onsite What You'll Do Learn the day-to-day operations of project administration through hands-on experience Support project coordination activities, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars Assist with internal communications such as meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups Help create and maintain project reports, documentation, and tracking tools Support logistics for meetings and events (room setup, ordering meals, coordinating materials) Assist with project plan coordination, resource alignment, and task tracking Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with internal partners Receive coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback from leadership and team members Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Maintain regular, punctual attendance in support of team and business needs What We're Looking For Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic to intermediate computer skills and comfort working in a digital environment (Microsoft Office, Teams, etc.) Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay detail-oriented Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting Education & Experience Education and Experience: Currently enrolled in a college or university program pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field Supervisory Responsibilities: None Travel: No travel is expected for this position Physical Requirements: This role frequently communicates with others, must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations Work Environment: Frequently works at a fast pace with unscheduled interruptions Why HOLT Group?
